Who We Are

Brief History

Intelligence Cubed started in 1992 in Miami Beach, Florida USA, with the objective of providing consulting, advising, new technology development and marketing services for domestic and international business, as well as government agencies throughout the United States and overseas.

CIRILO DESOUZA, Founder/CEO with over 50 years in the IT industry, is an experienced executive and entrepreneur, graduated in Information Technology, specializing in the development of New Technologies, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Marketing and Business Consulting, also involved in Government Relations as well International Business Relations.

In the last 30 years in the United States, he has worked with projects in US government agencies and also for the national and international private sector, in different industries and areas of Technology, Cybersecurity, Blockchain/Cryptocurrency, Business Consulting, Marketing, Strategy, Logistics, Business Intelligence and Management of Crises. As well as involvement in the media industry, Government and International Relations, Intelligence and Diplomacy.

2008 and 2016, he was involved in advising some US presidential campaigns, helping to create marketing strategies, campaign plans and especially creating new technologies aimed at electoral political use.

2009/2010, he also advised The National Congress of Brazil (Brasília), developing and implementing similar strategies for political use, as well as creating and overseeing online publications, communication and awareness-raising initiatives.

In 2017, he was involved in the development and creation of a new cryptocurrency/blockchain for a Miami-based financial group.

In 2020, he created IQ³.io , a specific division for services related to the blockchain industry and Cryptocurrency sector, including ICO, NFT, Tokens and Fintech projects.
